2 weeks out, bodyweight staying at 112, energy level is good.
For the past two weeks i've been doing low intensity cardio in the morning on the treadmill and a cardio session at night. In the evening I either go to the track or run the hill in front of my house.
I have dandelion root and Xpel and was wondering if I should use either of these next week.

3 weeks out, my energy level is still pretty good but i started getting up at 4:30 am again to do cardio so i'm starting to get tired in the evenings but trying to get to bed earlier. my bodyweight keeps fluctuating between 112-114.

Decided to compete on October 2nd and 9th. 4 weeks out and lost 1 pound bodyweight 112 this morning. Energy level is still good. Finally figured out the the feel for the glute/ham exercise.
