6 weeks out, lost 1 pound at 113, hips 29 3/4 waist 26, 3/4. Wednesday was a bad day as far as low energy level and i'm not sure why. It wasn't until 2:00 in the afternoon that I felt it and I even started crying. I went home from work crying and decided not to compete. My husband said he would support me with whatever i decided. This has never happened before. I rested a while and drug myself to the gym and my brother and gf talked to me and i decided not to quit. That night my mom fell and hurt herself and I ended up taking off work to care for her (she is doing well now) so i have not been back to work since Wednesday. I've been somewhat tired these past few days but have been able to lay down throughout the day. I've been sticking to the diet and workouts and I'm hoping it goes well at work tomorrow.

7 weeks out, waist 27 hips 30, bodyweight the same although i was a pound heavier a few days due to water retention, energy level low, extra b vitamins and coffee not helping a whole lot but i will make it.

8 weeks out, weight 114 lbs, lost 1 pound, hips 31, waist 27 1/4
i bumped up my low intensity cardio a little bit this week at the track. oops i just realized i'm supposed to do high intensity twice a week.....

9 weeks out, lost about a pound, weighing 115-116, waist 27 1/4, hips 31 1/2. Energy level seems to be ok. Sometimes I'm tired throughout the day but become more energized once i get into my workout.
