energy level is ok. getting heavier on the db presses.

12 weeks out, 116 lbs for 2 days, lost 1 pound. waist 27 1/4 hips 31 1/2. Good energy level still. Able to get back to heavier weights this week. Do I start back with Routine A after C?

workouts are going much better this week since my shoulder is feeling better although its not 100% yet. thank you for the supplement suggestion. good energy level.

AC still hurting but working around it. did not do chest exercises earlier this week but tried some light presses and flies today.
