15 weeks out, bodyweight still 117, waist 28 1/2 hips 32 3/4

discouraging few workouts due to ac joint injury. found out that benching aggravates it. had my best workout this week but paid for it the next day when ac was thumping. will work through it.

Got in. Thanks. My bodyweight is 119.






I'm 17 weeks out. hips 33 and waist 29. not sure why my numbers are up and down with this. Nursing my left lower back this week (i thought it would be easier helping to move a desk at work than it actually was). I have finally gotten into the groove of heavier weight and lower reps so workouts are going great. I'm pushing heavier weights now.

started round B workouts. there are a few unfamiliar exercises that I'm learning but liking it. still enjoying the carbs too.
