weight holding at 121 waist 29 hips 33 1/4

I followed your program all week and feel pretty good and strong except my shoulder became irritated from the barbell press. I've been icing it every night. Is it possible to do dumbbell presses instead or maybe alternate each workout with dumbbells?

20 weeks out from show
waist-28 1/4 hips-33 1/2 bodyweight holding at 122
Not used to taking in this many carbs so feeling pretty good.
Leg workout Sunday morning:
leg press: 2-45 lb plates/20 reps, 3 plates/20 reps , 4 plates/20, 5 plates/20,
6 plates/15, 7 plates/10
sumo in smith machine: 1 warm up, 3 sets/20 reps with 50 lbs
leg ext- 20/15, 30/12, 30/12, 30/12
leg curl-20/15, 25/12, 25/12, 25/12
calf raises

I will work on going heavier next leg day. I recently started doing the higher reps and really feel them in my legs as opposed to the heavier weight but will go heavier next leg day.
Is it ok do to the exercises in a different order than you have listed or not?
