12 weeks out, 116 lbs for 2 days, lost 1 pound. waist 27 1/4 hips 31 1/2. Good energy level still. Able to get back to heavier weights this week. Do I start back with Routine A after C?

13 weeks out, maintaining 117 lbs, hips 32 3/4, waist 27 1/2
workouts are going much better this week since my shoulder is feeling better although its not 100% yet. thank you for the supplement suggestion. good energy level.

14 weeks out, lost 1 pound weighed 117 this morning, waist 27 1/2, hips 32 1/2
AC still hurting but working around it. did not do chest exercises earlier this week but tried some light presses and flies today.
